The Lemosho Route 7 Days — Day by Day to the Summit

The 7-day Lemosho Route maintains the stunning western approach and excellent scenery while condensing the itinerary by one day. This version skips the second Shira Camp, moving directly to Barranco Camp after crossing the Shira Plateau. Still offering excellent acclimatization and high success rates, this is ideal for climbers who want the Lemosho experience with slightly less time commitment.

Over 7 days you'll climb through five climate zones — rainforest, heath, moorland, alpine desert, and arctic — arriving at Uhuru Peak (5,895m) for sunrise. Our itinerary builds in the acclimatization time that makes a 95% success rate possible.
